Turkey Gnocchi
Roast turkey and potatoes already make a familiar pair. Gnocchi turn that combination into something different, with soft dumplings in broth or browned pieces beneath a rich topping.

Broth lets the roast flavor show
Turkey broth, vegetables, and thyme make a gentler bowl than a cream-heavy sauce. The gnocchi add substance without needing bread on the side. This is a useful direction when the roast meat should remain the main flavor.
Gravy and cheese pull in different directions
Gravy with cheese curds gives crisp gnocchi a poutine-inspired finish; cranberry adds a sweet-tart contrast. A Hot Brown-inspired bake is creamier and more cheese-led, with tomato and bacon cutting through it. Both give roast turkey a new setting, with more contrast than a plate of meat and plain potatoes.
